Four hours, twenty one minutes and thirty seconds until a new era in our country begins.
I'm up at four thirty in the morning ironically, because there is no way I'm going to miss this historic event. I cannot even begin to tell you how excited I am to have a new president, one that I truely do believe in and have high expectations for.
I do believe President Elect Barack Obama will bring a change to our nation. And it can't come soon enough.
I am willing to accept that he will make mistakes, nothing happens over night and it will take time. I don't expect a miricle out of him.
Even if you didn't vote for him, don't convince yourself he's going to run us into the ground. Have some faith. Nobody is perfect.
I've waited for this day for so long, I'm ready to see it happen.
Four hours, fourteen minutes and 34 seconds.
Change.
