1.) My oh so lovely boyfriend brought home a pretty little blue and white bag with the word 'Swarovski' written on it. I got a huge smile because I knew that's where the ring I wanted is from. He smiled, waved it in my face and said "Too bad you have to wait until Saturday to open it." He's such a turd =]
2.) Zach's mom sent us an invitation to his grandfather's 80th birthday. Since we are strapped for cash said she'd pay for his ticket and part of mine. We talked about it and asked my mom for some advice. We looked up flights and ticket prices before deciding today that we'd go. The cheapest fair we found was through United Airlines for $253.00 a person. We called her today and told her, and she's ecstatic! We are too. This will be my first time meeting his mom face to face. We've talked on the phone, on the computer and have seen each other through web cam, but have never met. We are leaving February 26 and coming back March 4. Sometime tomorrow she is going to transfer money into Zach's bank account to pay for the tickets and we'll be all set to go. =]
3.) I bought a new cell phone off Ebay today! It's a Motorola Razr that's pink with a cherry blossom design on it. It was about $85.00. Not too bad for a new phone. After the tragic loss of my Blackjack II, I just used my old Razr. Sadly, it's encountered battery life problems and needs to be recharged way too often. It also freezes on me all the time. Annoying! I figured since I'd be across the country at the end of this month, I'd need one that is reliable. I just need it to get through the rest of my AT&T contract that ends in December before I either switch providers or sign a new contract.
I'm looking forward to the next few weeks. It's looking pretty good from here =]
